Individual Session Descriptions

Phase I: Student Profile

We begin with a baseline profile of you. This provides us with a reference point of who you are and where you are physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The baseline profile is a series of charts and scales that measure where you are relative to your soul and human development, and is an essential tool to track your progress. This session lasts 90 minutes.

Phase II: Continuing Sessions

Follow-up sessions are essential for real changes to occur. A tailored program is designed to meet your needs and objectives while helping you evolve. A follow up session plan can be developed based on your situation. A regular schedule of follow up sessions has been found to be most effective; these may be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. This session lasts 50 minutes.

Phase III: Intensives

Intensives are specially designed to help the student address specific issues involving intense emotions. Intensives are offered when student and teacher agree that the student is prepared to experience clearing at a deeper level. Intensives occur with two teachers present, providing the student with multiple perspectives while clearing. When a student is preparing for an intensive, it is best for the student to be able to take a period of time to integrate and practice self-care before and after the intensive takes place. This session lasts 50 minutes.

Student sessions are conducted via phone.
