Living Lighter Program
for weight loss and stress relief
The Living Lighter Program focuses on clearing negative emotions and energies to help you attain what you want in life. When you remove these negative emotions, you feel lighter and happier. We combine group energy, physical movement, and the UTUE Clearing process to help you practice Living Lighter on a regular basis.
The Living Lighter program is an experiential program taught by Teachers who are Intuitive; these teachers work with the energy of emotions to help students develop Emotional Intelligence. As you develop your emotional intelligence by participating in these classes regularly, you have the opportunity to learn how this intelligence affects your daily life. Your emotions are connected with the quality of your life; by learning how to directly work with your emotions you have a way to be Living Lighter!
How does Living Lighter work for Weight Loss?The reason people get caught up in yo-yo dieting, don't stick to their diets, or don't stick to their exercise programs is due to negative emotions. When we overeat or don't move, we are covering up our emotional reactions to life. It is the root of weight gain. So, by going directly to the negative emotions and removing them, we have a powerful tool to help us lose weight.
We eat to provide fuel for our bodies, we overeat to cover up negative emotions.
Living Lighter for weight loss is a movement based program designed to eliminate negative emotions that contribute to excess weight.
How does Living Lighter help Reduce Stress?Science has proven that stress negatively affects the quality of life, for some leading to death. However,those things that create stress often cannot be removed from life, like your job, close relationships, and things beyond your control. The root cause of stress is our negative emotional reaction to the things in our life that we have no control over. Living Lighter classes help us remove these negative emotions and responses so we can feel better. When we are happier and lighter in our daily life, the effect of these daily stresses decreases, leading to a better quality of life.
Stress is an expression of our emotional story. Removing the stressor does not change the story.
